Remote Tier 2 Managed Services Engineer (Telecom)

AireSpring is seeking a highly analytical Managed Services Engineer to design, implement, and support complex B2B network environments. This Tier 2 role sits between standard support and high-level engineering, focusing on SD‑WAN, voice technologies, and operational excellence.

You will lead the technical delivery of Tier 2 solutions, manage vendor configurations across Cisco, Juniper, and others, and perform RCA to deliver permanent fixes while ensuring client SLAs.
