What You'll Do An Avalara Renewal Sales Analyst manages the end-to-end contract renewal process to maximize retention and revenue, typically based in Pune, India. They collaborate with Customer Account Managers (CAMs), Finance, and Customer Experience teams, proactively initiating renewal activities 120 days before expiration. Important responsibilities include preparing quotes, identifying risks, reducing churn, and updating records.
