Position Overview

Supermicro is one of the world's largest manufacturers of high-performance, energy-efficient servers, as well as server management software and storage systems for multiple markets, including enterprise data centers, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, 5G and edge computing. 

Your role as a Repair Technician:

  • Receive motherboards from MRB and register them in SAP and the repair system
  • Return repaired or failed units to Warehouse or CM (RTV) via SAP
  • Perform basic repairs: visual checks, board‑level data review, BOM/ECO checks, firmware updates, and CPLD tool usage
  • Document cosmetic issues with photos, organize files, and prepare weekly summaries
  • Run motherboard-level functional tests
  • Apply software ECOs for firmware upgrades/downgrades
