General: Capture orders from Associates and guide them to achieve the best results from Herbalife products and services.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Capture and track orders from Associates via telephone, showing empathy and good service.
• Document any adverse events reported by an Associate or Customer and continue the corresponding process to ensure they receive follow-up from GMPSS.
• Provide information on promotions, events, and new products to Associates.
• Guide Associates to achieve the best results from the company's products and services.
• Re-activate accounts of associates who request it via telephone.

Processes and Controls

• Follow the corresponding order processes and procedures.
• Correctly code cases in HCM for timely follow-up and corresponding reporting.
