The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, excellent knowledge of PMS Perseus, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient reservation management and interdepartmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage and process all reservations accurately through PMS Perseus
Handle bookings from all distribution channels including Direct, OTAs, Corporate Accounts, Travel Agencies, and Group Bookings
Monitor availability, rates, restrictions, and room allocations in coordination with the Revenue and Sales departments
