Position Overview

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 5 years on projects of similar scale and complexity (major buildings and deep excavation works, including design).
  • Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification acceptable to BOA Singapore and the OIC.
  • Successfully completed at least one project from construction through to handover.
  • Strong technical background with experience in project management and site coordination, preferably in large-scale civil/infrastructure and multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings, specifications, BIM models, and using EDMS (e.g., Bentley ProjectWise), Primavera P6, and Common Data Environment.
  • Able to analyze project data to identify coordination risks.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
