Resident Engineer - Facility

The Resident Engineer – Facility will be responsible for overseeing the execution, supervision, and delivery of all facility-related works within a metro project. This includes station buildings, depot facilities, MEP systems, and associated infrastructure, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

• Lead and supervise all on-site facility works including stations, depots, OCC (Operations Control Centre), and ancillary buildings.
• Ensure construction activities align with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, and resource deployment.
• Coordinate with civil, track, systems, and architectural teams for integrated project delivery.
