Title: Residential Property Fee Earner (Conveyancer)

Location: Congleton or Stockport

Purpose of the Role

This role involves managing the full conveyancing process from instruction through to completion, working independently and efficiently to deliver a high standard of client service. The successful candidate will play an active role in supporting the growth and development of the department in line with the firm’s wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive)

• Handle residential conveyancing matters from start to finish with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Generate fee income and maintain control of time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection in line with agreed targets.
