• Coordinator Reports To: Director of Residential Services Position: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Location: Burlington Office, Mobile Salary Range: $25/hour Position Summary The Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance for residents in either the Burlington or Kenosha houses.


• This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• On-Call Responsibilities The Coordinator is required to serve as the 7-day on-call manager for the assigned houses every other week.
• Getting hours covered Managing call-ins Responding to emergency needs for residents (Walk-in or ER needs) Supporting staff members Medical Care and Needs The Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of resident medical care and needs.
