Key Responsibilities:
- Educate homeowners on available solar programs and gather the necessary documents for proposal preparation
- Follow up on pre-set and self-generated leads and guide projects through to contract signing
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal development and continuous learning

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience with documented success (in-home sales experience preferred)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with technology, including CRM systems (Salesforce) and communication platforms such as email, Chatter, and WhatsApp
- Comfortable discussing financial details and tax implications with homeowners
- High energy, sense of urgency, and the ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
