Resourcelink Product Owner

Culina Group is a leading UK 3rd party food & drinks logistics provider offering dedicated and shared user warehousing and distribution solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Resourcelink Product Owner to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a critical payroll solution within a large-scale transformation programme.

This role requires a subject matter expert in payroll implementation , capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the business technical expert for the Resourcelink payroll system and associated processes
• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation , including integrations with Finance GL, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos/UKG)
• Own the solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment , ensuring alignment with business requirements
