Position Overview
We’re looking for a Café Chef who understands balance — flavour, texture, colour, and nutrition — and who can bring care and consistency to everyday food: salads, grain bowls, sandwiches, and light plates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with fresh produce, values systems and discipline in the kitchen, and takes pride in thoughtful presentation.
Lead preparation and execution of salads, bowls, sandwiches, and café plates
Maintain hygiene standards, prep systems, and inventory control
Work closely with founders on refining the food direction
2–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen (modern café experience preferred)
