Restaurant Manager (f/m/x)

The Restaurant Manager has responsibility for running the restaurant and makes sure that the staff have everything a strong team needs. Together with the 2 existing Assistant Restaurant Managers and 2 Supervisors, we are looking forward to welcoming you to NENI as our new Restaurant Manager.

• You’ll take care of resource planning, lead the team and support your colleagues in their personal and professional development
• You’ll make sure that our guests aren’t just well-fed, but also happy and delighted
• You’ll take responsibility for the budget, ensure correct billing and smooth administrative procedures
• Together with our external concept partner, you’ll help develop the restaurant as a business and drive it forward in an entrepreneurial way
