Job Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing restaurant events, conferences, weddings, and corporate functions while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and adherence to The Leela‘s luxury hospitality standards. Oversees restaurant staff, manages event logistics, and coordinates with culinary, sales, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of restaurant services.
  • Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure flawless event execution.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams for smooth event operations.
  • Supervise banquet setup, service delivery, and event breakdown.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving concerns promptly.
