Job Description

  • Oversee daily restaurant floor operations to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house staff, including scheduling and training.
  • Ensure effective communication between front-of-house, kitchen, and bar teams.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and restaurant ambience.
  • Assist with group bookings, functions, and special events.
  • Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor service standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.

Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a floor management or similar leadership role within a restaurant environment.
