Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that an impeccable customer experience for all guests is maintained
  • Ensure smooth execution of restaurant service
  • Ensure team members are well versed in company’s SOPs, and knowledge of the restaurant’s brand positioning
  • Build a cohesive work environment for all team members and assist to resolve any issues between team members
  • Familiar with POS and reservations software systems
  • Perform opening and closing duties for the restaurant where required
  • Address customer needs, comments and complaints
  • Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean
  • Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant
  • Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations
  • Manage costing, procurement, staffing and etc
