Restaurant Operations Lead - Training, Service & HR

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our Singapore restaurant.

The role requires coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and leading frontline and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. You will manage staffing, training, and payroll tasks, maintain inventory, monitor sales and labour costs, and uphold SOPs, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
