Job Details

• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma.
• Work setting: Retail service establishment; Various locations; Private security agency; Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre; Shopping centre or mall.
• Tasks: May be required to appear in court as witness; Produce reports; Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts and to monitor establishment activities; Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments.
• Credentials: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles); CPR Certificate; First Aid Certificate; Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
