Your Role
Define, implement, and continuously improve ZEISS retail excellence standards (e.g., customer journey, service protocols, visual merchandising, KPIs) in line with ZEISS retail strategy, brand positioning, and regional priorities.
Identify and build critical retail capabilities (e.g., store operations, training, sales, CRM), including standardized processes/tools, and contribute to the development of new formats and retail training programs with Brand, Training,...
