Retail Operations Coordinator

Are you a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating projects, managing communications, and supporting teams in a fast-paced retail environment? PENN.Penningtons is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Sales & Operations team.

Reporting to the Vice President, Sales & Operations, you will play a key role in supporting national operational initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring clear communication between Head Office and stores across Canada. As a trusted partner to multiple departments, you will help drive operational excellence and support the successful execution of business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate operational projects and initiatives across the store network.
• Facilitate communication between stores, field teams, and Head Office.
• Support store openings, renovations, events, and operational activities.
