Retail Supervisor

Purpose

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Supervisor for the Slough store. The role requires previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager
• Open and close the store, including cashing up and completing associated administrative duties
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong product knowledge
• Recommend and promote complementary products with each sale to drive sales
• Support management in leading the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
• Support team members as required
• Ensure the store is merchandised correctly; refresh product displays to create an inviting environment
• Process stock deliveries and store transfers
• Respond to customer queries and complaints
