Retirement Plans Supervisor

Graymont is seeking a bilingual (French & English) Retirement Plans Supervisor to administer various employee retirement programs such as defined benefit and contribution pension plans and support the Total Rewards team on various initiatives. Reporting to the Director Total Rewards, the Retirement Plans Supervisor can be based out of either our Corporate office in Richmond, BC or Brossard, QC working a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Administer Canadian and US pension programs for hourly and salaried employees
• Manage third-party relationships, such as retirement consultants, trustees, and record-keepers
• Create and deliver employee retirement education and communication
• Reconcile/process monthly invoices and contribution remittances
• Maintain employee personnel and pension files
• Support Employee and Labor Relations team on various issues
• Participate in the developement of various HR initiatives
