Retreats Specialist

Position Mission

The Retreats Specialist (1) oversees the planning and administration of 10-15 retreats per semester through regular coaching and (2) takes ownership for and ensures progression in several special projects. Examples of special projects include resource development, website maintenance, non-collegiate engagement, retreat marketing strategy, strategic partnerships/sponsorships, quality evaluation/control, and retreat process evaluation/development.

This is a fundraised position, offering comprehensive training and resources to ensure success in building a support base. Additionally, dedicated time will be allocated during the workweek to focus on fundraising efforts, with robust guidance and tools provided to support this aspect of the role.
