Revenue Operations Manager

Lightspeed is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Global Revenue Planning & Reporting team as the owner of GTM governance, operating rules, and performance tooling. In this role, you’ll define how the GTM organization runs—setting the policies, business rules, and system requirements that keep Sales, Marketing, and Finance aligned and moving in the same direction.

This is a high‑ownership role for someone who thinks in systems and thrives on clarity. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating GTM policy into airtight business rules and ensuring those rules are reflected accurately across every tool and process the organization depends on.
