Your Mission:

• Reward Analysis & Benchmarking
  • Conduct market benchmarking using salary surveys (e.g. Remchannel, PwC, Willis Towers Watson)
  • Analyse internal pay structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Support job evaluation processes and grading structures
  • Provide data‑driven insights on pay positioning, cost implications, and trends
  • Ensure sound and effective financial management practices within the remuneration and benefits portfolio
• Salary Review & Incentive Support
  • Timeous execution of the annual remuneration and benefits calendar (bonus, audit support, increases, REMCO, grading, expatriate processing, ad‑hoc Group requests, etc.)
  • Support annual salary review and bonus processes (modelling, simulations, and validation)
  • Prepare reward costing scenarios and affordability analysis
