Rewards Partner

What You’ll Do

As a Rewards Partner, you partner with the business to deliver and govern Total Rewards by executing compensation and benefits processes, ensuring global alignment and supporting leaders with insights, data and expert guidance. This role covers our SEA Sales Market (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam).

• Act as the rewards partner for the sales market, ensuring alignment with global Total Rewards strategy while meeting local business needs.
• Execute and manage rewards programs including compensation, benefits, mobility, and key Total Rewards processes.
• Support the implementation and communication of pay structures, compensation principles, and annual reward cycles (salary review, incentives, benchmarking).
• Drive consistency and compliance with global frameworks, policies, and local legal requirements.
