Riding Instructor

Role should aim to fulfil our Riding School's (RS) vision to promote equestrian sports and raise participation at all levels (beginners to high performance).

To work with our team of Instructors in the management of our Riding School which offers public riding as well as livery yard with competition facilities.

To develop and scale our training program for Riders and Horses at all levels for our Riding School.

To develop and scale our training program for our National Coaching development program (including Para dressage).

To manage the inventory of feed, bedding and supplements.

• Deliver high quality lessons and equestrian activities for our Riding School (RS)
• Manage our RS horses' condition and their schooling for lessons.
• Organise and handle horse care matters alongside the Riding Executive.
• Manage and report on daily operational matters to the management team (including GM)....
