Position Overview
We are seeking a Part time Registered Nurse to join our Family Practice Team!
Rocking Horse Community Health Center (RHCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides healthcare services to the Clark and Madison County communities .
The organization is looking to add a part-time RN to our Family Practice team. The ideal candidate will represent the care team and coordinate patient centered care. Assist Physicians and Nurse Practitioners with clinical and care coordination aspects of medical care for all RHCHC patients. Availability to work on Thursdays and Fridays is required.
RHCHC is located within walking distance of downtown Springfield, which offers a wonderful variety of locally owned & operated eateries, bakeries & coffee shops. Springfield is centrally located between Dayton & Columbus which offers a high quality of life, low cost of living in Southwestern Ohio.
