RN Patient Placement - HUB- Per Diem

Hourly Pay Range:
$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:

• Position: RN Patient Placement - HUB - Per Diem
• Location: Northwest Community Hospital- Arlington Heights, IL
• Per Diem - will need to work at least 1x 8hr shift every week - will work as needed to cover gaps in schedule.
• Hours: will need to work a variety of shifts including Days, Evenings, and Nights.
• Required Travel: No

• Coordinates house wide patient flow activities for all patients needing placement, unit transfers, and discharges on a 24/7 basis in conjunction with the Hub Team (Staffing Coordinator, Hub Assistant and Order Organizer), and all Clinical Care Coordinators.
