Robotics Hardware Lead: Production-Ready Systems

C&D Talent Advisory - Academy is seeking a Hardware Lead to establish and lead the entire hardware function in Zürich. You will define hardware strategy, build production-ready robotic platforms, and shape a world-class hardware organization from architecture to manufacturing.

This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, reporting directly to the founders. You will own systems across mechanical, electrical, and integration domains, drive DVT/PVT, and scale the team as growth accelerates.
