Position Overview

Monday - Thursday

6:00 am - 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor roll foam production equipment

  • Feed raw materials into the machine and ensure proper machine setup

  • Inspect foam rolls for quality, thickness, and consistency

  • Cut and pack finished foam rolls for storage or shipment

  • Perform basic machine troubleshooting and alert maintenance when needed

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

  • Assist team members and contribute to a productive work environment

    • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
