Room Attendant

Overview

In charge of seeing to it that all visitor rooms are kept spick-and-span according to the requirements required by the Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Liable for ensuring that all guest's areas are stocked with the needed services as well as things.
• In charge of reporting any kind of problems and maintenance needs to the House cleaning Manager and/or Exec House Cleaning Attendant.
• In charge of managing visitor's requests or complaints effectively and favorably.
