JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings ( mall, restaurants) Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc. Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel’s lost and found procedures Other duties asassigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
