Position Overview
- Monitor and supervise daily production operations across assigned sites.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational schedules are achieved.
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain efficient workflow and resolve operational concerns.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Prepare production reports and monitor inventory, materials, and manpower requirements.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Train, guide, and support production personnel as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Qualifications
