RTE Oven Operative key responsibilities:

Weight checks and temperature checks of raw product ready for processing.

Accurate documentation is essential at all times, as the role is a CCP (Critical Control Point) for food safety.

Ability to work unsupervised in a fast paced environment.

Set up, monitoring and day to day running of an industrial oven.

Good standard of literacy and numeracy required.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 alternating 

Salary starts from £30 056 per year, £578 per week
