Role Purpose:
As a Runner, your role is to ensure the smooth operation of our hospitality venue by supporting the front-of-house and kitchen staff.
Main Responsibilities:
Quickly and accurately deliver orders from the kitchen or bar to guests' tables.
Clear tables efficiently after guests finish dining to prepare for the next seating.
Act as a link between servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Relay special requests, dietary restrictions, or order modifications to the kitchen.
