Customer Service Representative – Russian Speaking
Overview: We are seeking Russian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a global firm located in Portugal.
No previous experience in customer support is necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client questions through telephone, email, or live chat platforms.
- Offer helpful, polite, and professional assistance.
- Supply correct and effective information to solve issues.
- Save and log details of customer conversations in the system.
- Keep up with service quality expectations and standards.
- Work together with global teams as required.
This position is for you if you:
- Possess native or C1-C2 level (fluent/bilingual) proficiency in Russian.
- Hold a B1 or higher level of English.
- Are prepared to relocate and work within Portugal.
