SAAS Analytics Support Engineer | Bilingual EN/ES

Nielseniq is looking for a Technical Support Engineer in Bogotá, Colombia, to join our growing team in Latin America. This role involves providing technical support for our NIQ Activate product, working closely with customer success managers to troubleshoot issues and fulfill requests.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and communicate fluently in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of SQL is essential, and experience in technical support is a plus.
