Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and diligent Sales Analyst to support our fast-growing business in China.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to track business performance, handle demand signals, and support data-driven decisions in a fast-changing, supply-limited setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
+ Develop and maintain regular sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering revenue, bookings, backlog, shipment status, and product- and customer-level performance.
+ Build dashboards to track key benchmarks such as forecast vs. actuals, supply allocation, and order fulfillment status, and provide actionable insights on trends, gaps, and risks.
+ Support rolling forecast processes with a 12–18 month outlook. Consolidate demand inputs from sales teams and key customers. Identify gaps between forecast, allocation, and actual orders.
