Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Generate sales for flower arrangements, bouquets, luxury gifts and event decor
• Communicate professionally with Arabic and English-speaking customers
• Manage inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and walk-in clients
• Meet with clients to understand floral requirements for weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate events, hotels, restaurants and special occasions
• Prepare quotations, proposals and event packages
• Coordinate with florists and production teams to ensure timely execution
• Visit event venues and clients when required
• Develop relationships with hotels, event planners, wedding organizers, corporate clients and luxury brands
• Upsell premium floral arrangements and customized gifting solutions
• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads
