Position Overview
Attend and greet showroom walk-in customers; understand their requirements, budget, and usage needs through proper need analysis
Provide detailed product demonstrations, explain features and variants, and present comparisons with competitor vehicles
Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective customers
Handle digital leads (CarDekho, CarWale, brand website) and telephonic enquiries with timely follow-up
Maintain and update the enquiry funnel in DMS/LMS — classify leads as hot, warm, or cold and follow up regularly until closure
