Position Overview

Basic Responsibilities

  • Grow Cargo Solutions Business in Chile and South America with retailers and food exporters/importers.
  • Establish Chile‑based food exporter specified temperature monitoring programs.
  • Conduct cold calling and onsite training as needed.

Purpose and Objectives

  • Maintain and expand client base with strategically important or large customers from produce, meat, dairy, fish, pharma and other markets.
  • Sell and advise customers on the entire range of company products and services.
  • Scout territories, cold call, and obtain meetings to bring customers to Copeland Cargo Solutions portfolio.
  • Work with Customer Success team to cover customers' needs and expectations.

70% of the time will involve travel; 30% Cold Call Telephone contact with customers and establish contact with new leads.
