Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Healthcare and Medical sectors.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service excellence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years' Business Development experience within the Road Freight / Logistics industry.
Proven experience servicing and developing business within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, or related sectors.
Strong understanding of supply chain and transportation solutions.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable veh...
