Position Overview

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Understand customers' furnishing and interior requirements, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, and product presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and showroom presentations when required.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Follow up on enquiries promptly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
