Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers including MEP contractors, construction companies and project sites.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and follow up for order confirmation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with production, fabrication and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to clients and project sites.
  • Visit MEP contractors and construction sites for business development and project follow-up.
  • Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and customer database.
  • Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
  • Promote company products such as manhole covers, drainage systems and steel fabrication items.
