Position Overview
The Sales Unit Head leads and manages the effective implementation of the organization’s sales and commercial strategy. The role is responsible for developing distribution channels, building and managing key accounts across local and international markets, and driving both existing and new revenue streams. Working under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Sales Unit Head ensures the achievement of sales targets while maintaining compliance with organizational processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution- Develop medium- and long-term commercial and sales goals, methods, policies, and procedures aligned with the overall sales strategy.
