Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven relationship‑led Sales Manager to own and grow our Leisure Hospitality vertical across the UAE. You will represent Bag the Future's full portfolio of sustainable packaging and branded eco‑products to procurement managers, housekeeping heads, F&B directors, and retail buyers across hotels, resorts, restaurant chains, tourist attractions, and souvenir retail outlets.

• Outdoor Sales / Business Development: Spend the majority of working hours in the field, visiting prospects and meeting decision‑makers face‑to‑face across Dubai and the wider UAE. Plan and execute a structured weekly call cycle covering hotels, resorts, restaurant outlets, tourist sites and souvenir retail locations within assigned territories.
• Identify, cold‑call and convert new B2B accounts with a disciplined on‑ground prospecting approach – no lead is too cold if the potential is right.
