Position Overview
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of 5 sales representatives within the butchery supply channel. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key customers, and ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of Exim International's product range, including packaging, butchery requisites, casings, butchery machinery, ingredients, and in-house spice blends. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management. A deep understanding of the butchery industry will be an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute the regional sales strategy and action plans to meet and exceed sales targets and align with our national strategy and initiatives.
Monitor team performance and implement action plans to drive GP and volume growth.
