Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify sales opportunities and prepare tailored solutions to meet client requirements. Generate, prepare, and follow up on quotations to maximise conversion rates. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer database. Sales Management Lead the Polokwane branch sales function and contribute to national sales growth. Recruit, mentor, and support the development of the sales team where required. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular management reports.
