To agree with brand sales and marketing leads to key objectives for the brand within the areas/areas of responsibilities (markets). Within this role, these will include target volumes, margin, and market share objectives. The incumbent should consider these as minimum levels of acceptable performance and plan to maximize or over-achieve each objective. In addition to these base objectives further brand developments objectives will also be agreed and actions put in place to ensure achievement.
